Established in 2013, D & I Associates, started with a dream, a vision, a goal, not only to dominate the private sector, but to make an impact to each client, one project at a time, with no compromise on detail or quality.

Founded on quality, exceptional service and out-side-the-box thinking, D & I has been making waves ever since. Now in its 10th year of existence, ever growing, ever expanding, with two technical departments, the one leading up the lower end and the other high-end residential projects. This system allows for the most efficient output. Delivering on each project within record time, whilst still maintaining the integrity of the design and no compromise on quality.

We aim not only to merely produce drawings, but to provide an exceptional client experience, with a dedicated and skilled technical department, each project gets matched accordingly and managed with the professionalism and quality it deserves.

We aim to always be proactive, not allowing weeks or even days to pass by without communicating the project status with our client, always keeping them informed and up to date with the latest news.

We set deadlines and then we over deliver on those. Every time, with an in time completion rate of almost 87% all of the time. The goal is to minimise that 13% gap within the next 6 months, by adding additional technical staff who will be ready to pick-up the load.

A project’s delivery is only as good as the team that gets to work on it, and we want to take the stress out of construction as far as possible, so that you can focus on the things that matter to you. Too often projects are delayed due to lack of planning and good quality management systems, we have eliminated all of that by ensuring that our systems have been created with that in mind.
